1987 GT Performer
1987 GT Performer
Restored for my riding pleasure, kept this one minimalist.
This Performer was perfect for my wants of a great OS rider. Kept the build functional vs. historically accurate...new school Profile cranks and BB, 90s GT stem, new Tuffs, for example.
OS parts include Pro bars and GT LB seat post, powdered white along with the frame.
Had a custom set of pads made for her, and chose simply a blue-style headtube badge to pick up on the blue of the Haro tire labels!

Re: 1987 GT Performer
I thought about doing my '07 Performer like this. Same decals and all. I like it! Very cool!
Now that I've seen yours it's back to the drawing board. Black with '87 graphics or white with none. Hmmm.

Very nice. Excellent color combo.

quote from spyker I have heard pretty much every excuse possible for why people ride brakeless and not one of those excuses made any logical sense.
The only logical excuse I can think of for the brakeless crowd would be " natural selection "....now that makes sense.
