2003 FBM Night Train

Bombproof and burley frame

Fbm night train frame with Profile cranks and Ti spindle and Primo pedals, Not many in the museum so I thought I would add it. I'm guessing on the year, they didn't put a serial number on it (that I can find) so any help would be cool.

Sweet project!   That's a 2004 at the latest, the Night Train was no longer made in 2005

Re: 2003 FBM Night Train

That is in really good shape!
I am a big fan of FBM stuff. I have two FBM's at the moment an Autopilot and a Bitchin' Camaro.
I would love to build an Angel of Death one day.

Also, check inside of the BB for a serial number.

Things I need for my winter build-
Standard Trail Boss Decals-Repops are fine, I have scans and actual decals to work with. So if you can make me some high quality repops PM me!!!
Standard Stem also needed!!

Re: 2003 FBM Night Train

FYI, there will not be a serial number on it-    FBM did not start using serial numbers until '05.    Also, I think that one's probably an '03 judging by the decals, and because in '04 they started using a European bottom bracket.

Again that's one sweet ass frame you got there!

Re: 2003 FBM Night Train

i wrote FBM about the night train. asking was there any change in the frame from 04 to 05. They wrote back this....

"Spec wise the night train geometry stayed the same, it went to a euro bb option and lower chain stays so you could clear 30/10 chainstay brakes. and the vent holes may have gotten larger to save weight. "
