1974 Yamaha Moto-Bike
1974 Yamaha Moto-Bike
This bike is near completion still need to chrome bars to be 74 correct. Lots of NOS parts.
This was a Johnny Cash bike built one part at a time. Started with just frame only and slowly collected pieces. Lots of time and $ was invested to make this bike back to original. Have all original NOS hard ware that needs to be put on and bars need to be chromed to complete. It took about 3 years to get to this point. Hope every one enjoys this one, also look for my Kawasaki BX 200 A1 Hopefully will be finished by 2009 summers end.

Re: 1974 Yamaha Moto-Bike
I really like the old 74 type A moto bikes as well. It was the first real BMX bike I ever owned once I got off a schwinn stingray. This is one of my favorite bikes in my collection. Great looking bike. Woody

Re: 1974 Yamaha Moto-Bike
The bike looke great. I have one just like it and I am rebuilding it. I need some parts and was wondering the best way to go about rebuilding it. Who re chromes the partsmand will paint the bike the original color.

Re: 1974 Yamaha Moto-Bike
Somebody stole the wheels off of my brand new Kawasaki BX-100. So, I swapped all the parts onto my trusty old Yamaha Moto-Bike. WoW! I had the Coolest Bike on the Block!
At least I thought so.. lol ![]()
