1985 Falcon Prostyler
1985 Falcon Prostyler
i bought the bike as a refurb project because i liked the split frame and the potential it seemed to have.Originally I intended to spend as little as possible but unfortunately this went out the window and now the only thing that has'nt been refurbished or replaced is the green mags. It's got: -professionally powder coated frame, forks and handle bars in original white. NOS - dia-compe mx brakes, seat, layback seat stem, green grips, new headset, haro fusion donut style seat clamp, new bottom bracket, wellgo pedals, tioga spider, tioga 44 tooth blue chain ring, kmc 510 silver chain, odyssey excalibur 1 pc crank and a couple of old school red tyres to finish it off. have included a pic of what it looked like when i got it. i think that its come out well but didnt know how addictive restoring a bike could be!! let me know what you think.

Turned out great -but you need to put the green seat back on. Love that foot rest right behind the seat post. Cool.

Looks sweet man! If you want the correct Decals for it let me know and i can get them for you (see my falcon prostyler) they can be done in different colors to suit your colorway!
At least theres 2 of them still around!!
I fell into the same boat as you, bought mine as a cheap restore and its ended up costing me about £800 so far lol i have loved doing it though! From getting it repowdered to sourcing original bits, its great to see them come alive again!
