build on progress

thruster  vanishing point . proline forks (no brake hole), nos 7b's, campy track hubs,
nos dura-ace cranks. diacomp brakes, uni seat , hatta head set, first gen proneck

You need to finish/build this thing.  I am anxious to see it done.

Are the stickers original?  This is definitely a pre 81 but how do you date this as a '78?

A 78/79 would have no serial info at all, round brake bridge (like you have) and the sticker would have been a dragster on the front head tube.

Just trying to understand how you came up with the year.  Awesome bike either way.

Hutch was made in that little purple building filled with all of those broken defective and second rate parts not good enough for a 'Real' Thruster lol
