Picked up the frame with some Profile cranks dirt cheap off ebay, sold the cranks and basically got the frame for free. I emailed Chris Moeller and he said the frame should be a 2003.

Wanted List S&M all over sheild seat...Anything S&M basically... I need 1 inch chrome seat post,22.2...Seat post clamp to fit a 1 inch frame...A 1 inch headset...grips that are era correct for a 92 Holmes...
