R5000
SOLD
The bike has Araya Aero rims, Suntour flip flop hubs, Dia Comp 890 brake with tech II lever and Tange made Aero forks. You don't see many of these bikes around. It was a fun restoration.

Re: 1983 Raleigh R5000
Beautiful bike! Can you tell me how to tell the difference between an R2500, an R4000 and an R5000? Strangely, I don't know which I've been riding all these years...

Basically, its the parts that are on them. The higher the model number the higher quality parts that were on them.

Re: 1983 Raleigh R5000
Those were original to the bike. I didn't replace anything but the seat, grips, and tires.
The decals appear to be silkscreened on.
