1983 Norco Spitfire

a wonderful old bmx race bike, surprisingly light too.  mostly original, but needed some work when bought.

bought at a garage sale for $20. it needed some freshening up, as it was ridden pretty hard by the previous owner. it's mostly original at this point, but i've kept any parts that have been replaced.- due to being worn out. still has the norco pro bar handle bar and uni pro-style seat, diacompe mx1000 brakes. the pedals and bottom bracket gave out, so i installed beaver traps and a chromo 3-piece crank. the sidewalls blew out on the original tires, but there's some new blue tires on the way, that i intend on fitting with the original wheels with the diamond cut-outs.
