Re: 1984 Raleigh R2500

Nice, I started racing on a R3500.  Man, I remember the excitement that xmas.  The good ol' days.

Could be a good year for both LSU and the Saints...well, the Saints anyway.

Re: 1984 Raleigh R2500

EXCELLENT bike!  I've owned and ridden the same Raleigh for 23 years. Strangely, I don't know if it's an R2500 or R4000. Anybody know how to tell the difference? Thanks.

Re: 1984 Raleigh R2500

This is the bike I started racing on too. I knew had to build another one. I always kicked my own a$$ for selling mine when I was younger. This bike is not a popular one, but it is a great bike for those of us who do know about it. I remember when I was younger out could beat anyone in a race on mine, and I always did my own tune-ups.

I am looking for first and second generation Hawk forks.
Hit me up!!!!!!!
