1988 Ozone Method O3

FOR SALE****
It is a bone stock original OZONE Method O3
Identical to the bike i received on my 10th birthday, which was stolen a few years later.

The original was stolen from my backyard around 92-93ish
but this one is in better condition, i rode the Poop out of mine!!!
rare impossible stock parts on this bike include...
Original forks with adjustable offsets and retainers, Original Ozone freestyle bars, Original Ozone brushed alloy stem, and super-rare ACS A-1 rollerbearing Rotor.
the only things changed are:
very rare original equipment kenda k154 skinwalls now (not pictured)
the brake cables (clear and rusty!) now have diacompe 88 dated clear cables nos
and the steel matte finished disc, i never liked mine, added an oddy disc w/ removed painted logo.
seatpost, i added a black oddy layback cromo pipe (not pictured) stock part was a straight black pipe.
MKS grafight2000 pedals, the originals kill your feet!
you all need to understand that this was the bike that got me started, alot of people now are into these, but back in the day i was like a superstar, and i really didn't appreciate it, but this is my second chance imma ride this (of course), but i'm also gonna baby it!

Awesome find,I love those bikes that have particular meaning for us. As much as I love the PFTs and the Team Masters, in my world back then I would have never been able to afford bikes like that. This is more like what I would have owned. Glad you got your childhood bike back.

Sweet bike Marty! Vey nice. Happy that you found you're bike you always wanted. What kind of Rotor is on it? Never seen one that looks like that. Doesn't look like your traditional ACS?

it's the original A-1 ACS w/ sealed bearings, pretty nice!

Glad it found the right owner....every once in a while the right bike gets into the hands of the right person...this is one of those cases. Enjoy.

This is the first Ozone I've seen. Very sweet! Like Hudson said, it's always cool to see a bike go to someone who WANTS it. Not for parts or just to have. Long Live Twin Top Tubes!

well im pretty much done w/ the fresh-up, got some dated 88 diacompe cables, an oddy cd and greased it all up.

Awesome ride man. I remember my brother had bars like that on a Cycle Pro he had. Teeth breakers for freestyle but still very nice and solid.

what kind of pegs are you running here?

they are the exact type that were originally on the bike i had, but the originals on my ozone from 88 were blue and screenprinted "ozone" in the center section
they are basic taiwan alloy pegs. if interested i could get a few sets.

i always loved ozone's! i never actually saw one in real life as it was imposible to get here in canada back in the day.it was hard enough to fing a gt/haro /dyno . in my city we were around 5 freestylers and maybe 10 posers with nice bikes.nice ride ...
