I am almost CERTAIN it is my bike from my childhood.  I grew up in Hamburg, PA so there is a very good chance it ended up down the road in Reading.  MANY MANY miles on that bike.  I bought it from Spokes in Hamburg and later had that neck added at Spokes as well (that was the dead give away that it was more than likely mine)...man, that brings back some great memories!
