1979 MCS Spider
1979 MCS Spider
1979 MCS Spider was just added to my collection. I remember when Greg Esser built and raced these...
I found this MCS Spider crawling on someone's basement wall. This is a piece of BMX history since Greg Esser (and his brother Bryan) basically started this company. Racing and building this rides BITD, along with Timmy Judge rounding out the group. The sad thing about this Spider is that her skin (chrome) is shot. Which is a real shame because there isn't one ding, bend, split or crack on this frame. Look at the rear dropouts, you can barely see where the washer locked up against the frame. And the dropouts are as straight as the day the rolled out to the stores. Wish I could have found this one a bit earlier....ALso next time I talk to Greg Esser going to have to ask him what kind of cheap chroming did they do to these BITD....
I need a Left (Non-Drive) 175mm Blue Sugino GT Crank arm.
Anyone help me out here??????
