2003 X Surly 1X1 26"

Hey,
I know this is a strech for bmx  bikes, but really, single speed, handmade in america, and I have jumped it a couple times. I am selling this beauty, so its time to put up some pictures.
Oh, it is already sold.

Cool man!  Yeah, while isn't technically a bmx, it's still a single speed.

There's such a fine line there, because, there are lots of models out there now that can easily be converted from a fixie commuter bike, to a cyclocross rider, to a bmx cruiser.  I guess when you think about it that way, the line can be drawn (for what goes in the museum) if the bike was originally manufactured and marketed as a '26" BMX' or what have you.  Anyway, just my 2 cents.... smile

But yikes!  I'd be afraid to jump that thing with the spokes like that!

Hey,
Supposedly the twisty spokes are stronger?
The wheels were pretty stiff, I have a different Surly now with regular lacing and a suspension fork. Still thinking about seperate classifiaction for misc bikes..

Surlys are sweet bikes but they are not "handmade in America."

Good thing it doesn't matter if it's "Handmade in the States" right?  Surlys are awesome.
