2008 Next 26"

I love BMX, so when i needed a beach cruiser to pull the trailer with my young ones in it, i thought i should cruise BMX style.

26" wheels with straight laced front rim, and Shadow Conspericy sealed rear hub w/ 14mm axle & 13t freewheel. Premium lite 165mm 3pc cranks w/ sealed euro BB, and 28t Shadow Crank & bones sproket. twisted pc pedals. Tektro brake lever, Salt 990's. Animal linear cable, Super star half link. I think i have more money in add-on parts than the bike cost to begin with, but i guess thats part of the fun. And i'm sure it has the best parts and looks of any "Next" bike.

wow did you convert it to a 14 mm?

i cut the drop outs with a jig saw, it is aluminium so it was easy.

suprisingly the frame came with an unsealed euro bb and junky 3pc i just swapped them out for better ones. it may have been a waste of money for a walmart bike but i think it is alot cooler now. plus all the parts came off my bmx cruiser when i bought new ones.
