1982 diamondback with turbo decal set, can anyone tell me what type of diamondback this is???? had purchased the frame and fork then put on super maxy 3 piece cranks with MKS foot jaw pedals, serial number reads 2X0223 with a baseball symbol behind it

That my friend looks to be a first gen Harry Leary (prior to leverage update) looking at the rear dropouts - the same frame was also used for the Senior Pro (you can read more on the os-db.net forum)
2X0223 equates to 2=1982, X=batch, 0223 build for that year.
