2007 VRP V Raptor XL 24
2007 VRP V Raptor XL 24
(wanted for bmxmuseum)
VRP V Raptor cruiser XL. Serial No.001. I am not sure how many 24" cruisers Jessie had built but this is the first one. I think he only built 5 total. It has a 22inch top tube and euro bottom bracket. This thing is made from aluminum in the same style as vrp 20" minis. Welded by Sal. Its a kind of a cross between a quadangle and a squareback. Everything on it is in perfect working order. I wanted to go witha old school look. It has a 1 1/8 inch neck but I used a old 1 1/8" to 1" headset conversion to add the landing gear forks.

Gary i see you got one of these man that is sweet.. i remember the one i had i wish i kept it. mine had no serial number an american BB and had a wishbone rear like the SE bikes.. i heard a rumor some of that tubing may have came from SE, not hard to belive since Sal welded for them also. so i been told anyhow..

Yep, the welds on my new one are AWESOME>..
Guess it is a 26" version, although I havent seen an other in that size..
The candy red is amazing as well, on frame forks and bars.,
thinking of gold for the parts on the build..
