These are Dia Compe Tech 7 levers aka 182 with jigsaw bar clamps and locking buttons.  THESE WERE USED AND RE-FINISHED.  Painted with Black epoxy on the bodies and clamp.   

They have the original 4mm head clamp bolts, pivot bolts/nuts, and lock buttons.   The adjusters were mix-matched with what I was able to find.  The locking collars on the adjusters had the slots cut into them by hand, and are off of road bike brakes.

Condition: The ends, or silver parts that have 182 inscribed, are the bright anodized silver, not hand polished.  Both of the lever arms are bent downward slightly from use.    They have tiny gouges and such from hitting the ground and whatever in the last 26 years.  The gouges are very minimal.  The jigsaw clamp parts are still rounded and not ground down, and still hold the bars.   The bodies have some tiny marks at the clamp and random locations, and can be seen through the black paint.   Some paint is coming off where the bars were clamped (inside).    Only the rivets of the lock buttons were painted.   AGAIN THESE ARE USED AND RE-FINISHED.   

Repaint them white!
