here is a unknown nos frame from the 80's. comes with frame and fork. chromo tubing. i will get some better pics tomorrow outside.

Looks like Akisu rear dropouts..could be one of several brands..
yea i was thinking akisu or tange with the t in the serial.
Whats the TT length?
Everything about it screams "Akisu", but looks to be one of the quality cro-mo ones, FWIW.
