I believe its and 89 psycho serial # L8901235
There 3 in the museum, from the looks of it I think
Forks are original to frame ,Forks are in ok condition.
I think decals are not to this frame.
Don't know much about Haro.

Looks like a Haro sport to me. Do the forks have the haro symbol stamped on the forks down near the dropouts? The pic isn't very easy to see but I don't think those are haro forks.
