Haro KneeSaver Bars.  Seen another set that sold earlier this month that said they were a rare "Race" Size......mine measure a bit bigger at an uncut 28w x 9 1/2 tall.  There in great rider shape only one little ding on the one handle bar end that won't even be noticeable with grips on.  Knurling is not stripped.  Does still have some of the original paint and little bits of decal up in the corners.   Shipping is on me in the lower 48.  All other shall pay.  send payment to paypal address   funnybonze@yahoo.com
