dk stem. this stem is defective in that, you can wiggle the quill in the base. it's not falling out but if you pull the quill, while holding the stem it can be moved. maybe someone could press it back to firmness. so basically, i'm selling the top and the rest is free.

no wedge or bolt. thanks, i emptied it.

like i said, it's basically a nice clean top with a free stem base.
