Jan. 1981 made GT Pro serial # 011831.  This is one of the first GT Pro frames ever made:)   18.5 " TT w/ the smaller diameter down tube found only on 80/81 frames. The frame is in pretty good shape and shows nice.  The only issue is some light waviness on the left side of the top tube near the head tube and seat mast.  I have no idea what could have caused this?  Maybe a cable bike lock wrapped around the head tube and seat mast?   It's really only noticeable close up.  Beside that, there are no other issues like dents, cracks, repairs heavy scratches, etc.  The frame decals are original but the forks will need decals.  The original large down tube decal is very rarely seen.  Almost all GT frames have the smaller version on the down tube.   I will include a set of correct fork decals in the sale.  Forks are undrilled and in great shape w/ no issues.  Very,  rare opportunity to pick up one of the first GT Pro frames ever made   True piece of bmx history right here.
