Used Technique crank spindle only. One side is good the other had been hammered on a bit. I looked closely at it and I'm sure the threads can be chased. Please look closely at photos and ask questions if need be.

No it is not
Technique didn't stamp their spindles. It's a technique spindle, though.
how beat up are the splines? do the technique cranks require this spindle or will other six spliners work too? thanks. nice rarity.
The splines are fine, it's just the threads on the one side that are messed up. Technique spindles are specific to technique cranks.
