Here we a have a nice set of GT Circle Stamped Handlebars, uncut, measuring 29" by 9".  I tested it and the light peppering surface rust comes right off. These will shine right up with a little TLC...just some blue magic or some kinda chrome polish. I only ship to the lower 48 states.
