here is a very nice tuf neck stem.. its s tiger stamp model.. was made prior to the pro model stem.. has some small marks here and there.. i was going to file or get them machined out and it would look like new when done.. ill leave it up to you if you wanna refinish it... not many of these models around.. all orig. hardware minus 2 allen bolts for the top cap.. any questions please ask.. offers hit me in a PM.. thanks for lookin
