I think the vfr frames (of this year at least) where the same as the Nitro's.  Only differance was accesories like the wheels.  I cleaned it up a little, still some small scratches.  No dents cracks or rewelds.  19 1/2'' top tube.  I have a few parts that came off this frame.  I'll be posting them shortly.  If you would like to build this with some of those parts I'll give you a good deal on a bundle.  Any ? Just ask.
