This decal will ship in an envelope with a stamp and no tracking. If it does not arrive I cannot be responsible for it not arriving and will not give "another" refund. I've had too many problems with USPS or the buyer. I will ship certified for $4 more if you must have tracking. I just paid $6 to mail a 0.3 ounces envelope with tracking via USPS. Certified and Priority mail with tracking are the only option, but are very expensive.
