are the ryno lite rims double wall?

not sealed and I dont know how to tell if they are double wall?

its like a two layer set up....look under the rim tape...if there is a hole in the first wall  to acess the back of the spoke nipple, and the nipple is pulling against a second wall, then its a double wall!

so whats the verdict on the rims? r they double walll or single? pretty sure its gonna be a double. ive got a set on one of my bikes, but i gotta be sure
