No cracks dents or rewelds.  Paint has scratches.  Obviously it could use a set of decals and a new headbadge also.  Chrome has dark spots only on back of right fork.  20'' top tube.  Fork stamped WULLR RL 84 0 98-09.  I think headset and gyro are all there.  Any ? Just ask.
