Have no idea what these are no markings at all.. Could be Schwinn or Diamondback? They measure 25" wide and a little over 8 1/2" center to center. They are rust free  and the finish is not the brightest. Any idea what these are?

I have 2 of these...both came from my mid 80's Diamondbacks...if there not stamped CW...chances are there aren't. Good Luck!
