Very NICE Standard TRLS 250.  Comes with Fork and Head set too.  21.5" top Tube. American BB. Few Chips on the bottom of the top tube as shown in the picture.  No Dents, Dings, or cracks.  star nut bolt is ready for a brake Cable.  Doesn't have a star nut as it's built into the Fork. Really Nice Frame and Fork
