Rider condition front Tech 4 dated 85 in very good shape.  Great polish candidate as this lever is in real nice condition.  I sanded it lightly and shot it with some semi flat black a couple years ago just to protect it.  I don't remember what color it was, but it was used with scratches and such.  Clasp and hardware included.  48 state shipping only.
