They have been spray bombed, badly at that and some crappy loking Hutch stickers reapplied somewhere down the line in its life. There is two dings in the crossbar as I showed in the picture, otherwise no other damage and stem area is not crimped or crushed. Measures 27 3.4" wide with an appx 6 1/2" rise (center of crossbar to center of stem area)
