Well....chrome is nice, dropouts are nice and then lets talk about the dents and dings. Theres a bunch of them, may be able to fix them and paint them to look better or put them on a rider and don't worry about it. The good news is its not a structural issue just cosmetic. There is marks on the fork legs from fork standers being installed at some point as well.
