These are brand new DRIVE technologies 20" forks in black.  They have a 1 1/8" steer tube that is just under 7" long.  The drop-outs are for a 14mm axle wheel, and they have brake mounts.  Full cromoly, and weigh in at about 2 pounds 3.6oz.  Strong and light!  Very cool looking drop-outs!  These have never been mounted.  They may have very minor storage marks, but nothing jumped out at me while taking the pics!
