1983 Mongoose Expert Frame.  Has one ding on seat mast tube, some surface rust, and some rideable but visible wear to rear dropouts.  Still a nice, legit old school platform.  $65 shipped to lower 48.  PM for combo deals with my other parts or if you don't have B.I.N.
