Found this plate tucked away in the basement. All I know about it is that it was in the shop when we bought it in 1987. It was an existing bike shop at the time. We changed the name and are still running it to this day! I took pictures of it from both sides. As far as I know it is NOS, as it was unused merchadise for sale back in 1987. All pictures posted are of the actual items for sale.
