i have 2 of these in mint nos in original package.  these are made for mx brake hubs and basically eliminate the use for a coaster brake so you can run hand brakes like the big boys had... dont know exact year but the packages are OLD.. and never been opened.. if you have any questions on this ill do my best to answer.. any offers pm me and ill get back to ya asap.. thanks for looking...
