SR blue front hub, says '83 on it. It is a 36h, with a 3/8" axle. High flange. NOS, never laced into a wheel before. Has been stored in plastic so shelf wear is minimal but I do see a chip on the outside of one flange. I took it out of the plastic to take pictures, and I took pictures of both sides.
