Knee-saver style handlebars.  No stampings.  Unknown brand -- might be Diamondback?  Welds are nice and I believe the tubes are proper CrMo. 32 oz.  Chrome is good and shiny, but there is some wear and slight surface rust in tight spots.  All in all, very good! 26" W, 9" H (that's height at bar ends, there is a lot of upsweep to these). $29 shipped to lower 48.
