Don't look to be cut and the measure appox. 28.5" X 4.5" (but the cross bar can be raised)

Im diggin this bars..Can you maybe adjust the crossbar almost to the bends and take pics ? Kinda wanna see how it looks with the crossbars adjusted all the way up as much as possible

cross bar height is not really useful - can you measure total height -or better yet, rise which is center of clamp bar to center of bar at it's highest point -usually the ends.

What do these weigh?

That crossbar dimension is not really useful.  Can you tell overall rise?: center of clamp area to center of highest point (at the end of the grip)

These look like 7" or 8" rise bars.
