New, never installed tire.  Just what your kid needs to get the mini running.

I don't really see the point of shipping this internationally, but if you really want me to, PM me for a shipping cost quote.

Will ship in USA via Parcel Post...tire will be wrapped in heavy duty 4 mil plastic and wrapped with tape.  Shipped flat, not figure 8.

Shucks, I wish you had a pair...............

Turns out that I do have a pair, though the "hot patch" Kenda labels are not identical - but the tire tread is the same on both tires.  Will sell the pair of tires for $20, or buy one for $12 (shipped.)

Just thought of it...I probably have tubes too.  Let me know if you need tubes and if you need Presta or Schrader valve.  If I have what you need, I will sell them for $3 per tube (with tire purchase.)

I am back to having just 1 tire, and no tubes.  (I sold the others.)

However, I do have one pair of the Odyssey Red Racer tires, which are the same price (2 for $20, shipped.)
