This is a stem pad only.   It is Silver material with a red printed lightning bolt.  I wouldn't call it chrome - it is not quite to that level of shine.  It is a relatively small pad, but I think it would fit fine on a ProNeck, TufNeck, or similar stem from that era.

Will ship international, but add $20 for shipping via USPS Priority Mail.  OK to combine shipping with my other items for sale.
