2004 The Fifth JPS2

The Fifth - JPS 2

The Fifth was a company from France that made some really high end frames. The JPS 2 (Jimmy Petitet Signature 2) had incorporated integrated headsets and a one-of-kind bottom bracket which euro bottom bracket bearings press direcly into the frame. It has a 76 degree head tube and 19 inch top tube. It also has a translucent red paint that shows off the ultra clean welds.

The frame has no brake mounts so only a front brake can be mounted on this bike.  However I prefer to run it as is, brakeless.

My friend Nate gave this bike to me when he stopped riding.  I am going to hold on to it until he comes back to flatland.  Thanks Nate! I'll take good care of it.  (Note Nate is the rider featured riding it with the yellow bars, I ma featured riding it with the black bars.)
