2011 Ssquared Pro 24
Bought frame in May 2011. Polished some areas of frame, and painted frame using automotive base coats, and clear coat. Finished build in July 2012.
I don't mean to offend anyone, but I'm shure you've noticed the Mongoose stickers. Being a big fan of old school Mongoose name and Maurice their mascot. I wanted a modern high quality U.S. made Mongoose cruiser. On paper, Ssquared's geometry is perfect. The looks of the frame, perfect for my taste, and on the track, that geometry really performs, so that's why I chose an Ssquared frame to base my new Mongoose cruiser tribute. I modified and drilled a hole in the rear brake and seat stay gusset without compromising the frames strength or stiffness to look and resemble the old 80's Mongoose frames, and it really looks cool, and looks authentic. She is the first Ssquared registered in the museum.
