Found this on CL. According to the "G1182" stamp on the dropout, I was able to date this bike thanks to the awesome resources listed around the bmxmuseum.com site. I found http://genesbmx.bmxair.com/schwinn/catalogs/bmx.html. Here's what we have here: A 1983 model year Schwinn Predator Team Alloy model BMX bike with all original parts as it was sold and listed in the Schwinn catalog. Araya rims with Sunshine hubs, Sugino GT alloy cranks, SR pedals, Sugino stem, Viscount Aero saddle, Dia-comp MX900 brake and lever with original Weinmann semi automatic adjuster, and the original Schwinn "v" bars that are designed after Redline bars. The bike was a bit dirty, but the pictures you see here are after a light wash - that's it! This think was babied and looks like it was rarely ridden. According to parsing the date stamp, the "G" stands for Giant meaning this bike was made for Schwinn by Giant in Tiawan. The "1182" means that it was manufactured in November of 1982. So it was built in 1982 but seems to be a 1983 model bike according to the Schwinn catalogs.
