1988 Norco Spitfire Turbo
Vintage Freestyle Bike !
This is one of my favorite builds , got this bicycle all complete , all original for $40 cash . It had originally been ridden by a girl who never did stunts with it , so mechanically it was in goodshape . Unfortunately the paint was faded , I decided against painting it black like I usuallly do , decided to go with white/pink theme .
The original wheels were alloy Araya's , replaced those with a set of White Troxel Trakmaster Mags . Skyway Tuffs are near impossible to find here in Canada unless you want to order off Ebay , it's a great country here , love it , sucks for finding old school BMX though . Troxel trakmasters are the best you can find here . Added some white tires from a kids 20" bike , NOS 4130 CRMO laidback fluted seatpost I had been saving for a special project , NOS pink MTB seat , OURY Grips , Dia-compe MX brake lever with NOS pink brake cable .
The rest is history , love this bike , had a lot of fun cruisin around with it last summer . There's something gangsta about riding around on a pink BMX with white mags , pretty badass if you ask me .....
