Black Friday was in full swing, crowds of people lined up for miles trying to find the best deal of the year. I passed on the lines and headed to my hometown thrift stores. Good thing too because Black Friday also applies to thrift stores - 50% off anything in the store. Nice. And there she was in front of the store leaning against a brick wall with 50% sale tag on it. I quickly inspected with vigilance. No cracks/dents on frame, check. Original crank/arm/pedals, check. I'm no expert by any means, but I knew enough to jump on this deal. Chatted with owner about the bike, told me got from an estate sale and was eager to get it moving. So eager he offered lower then the 50% sale. I grinned and purchased without hesitation. I'll remember this Black Friday for a while.  =)

This is exactly how it looked when I bought it. Someone frankensteined it with a much of crappy misc part. Hope to rebuild this one, when time permits. =)
