1999 Mongoose Hooligan Pro

I believe this to be either a NOS 99' made late in the year so some might say that it's a 00' Mongoose Hooligan Pro and is classified as a flatland model, but according to my search it's technically a 2000 model with the Gold metallic paint, 99's were purple. It has 2 numbers on the BB one is H9K30712 and the other is FE9A62... I believe this looks like bike shop specific goose as it does still have the bike shop sticker on the frame, definitely not a Wal goose! This has got to be included as one of my best finds especially since I never knew Mongoose ever made a Flatland setup which has Pac-Man drop outs as well as a zero offset Pac-Man fork and it states in was designed in the United States... Any information on this setup would be much appreciated?
Metallic Gold paint and a 4130 TIG-welded chromoly frame & fork w/a unicorn crown other info is that it came with a Mongoose micro-adjust, 26.0mm diameter & Tektro U-brake brakes, Tektro alloy levers but this is not going to be a stock build.
