1984 JMC Shadow
Having no recollection on how I got rid of my JMC Long back in 1984. This summer I thought I'd build my all time favorite bicycle- a JMC. My first 20 inch bike since 1985.
This frame was purchased from the bmxmuseum in June of 2012 after stumbling across the site and joining the prior month. It's unique in that is has a machined bottom bracket. While trying not to break the bank, I tried to make sure it had U.S. made parts or parts from the era. When this rule couldn't be followed. The foreign or new parts will be modified on a mill or lathe (I'm still in the process of this). With the exception of the NOS DX lever and NOS beartrap headset.
